Whether you are part of a club, business, or a group of friends, we would love to welcome you in one of our spaces! Enjoy some food, visit our bar and delight in a brief visit from our Director or a Cast Member, all in an intimate setting created exclusively for your group.
Advance Planning
Day of Show
We require 7 days advance notice to make reservations for pre-show experiences. Use of the space is free of charge, with a suggested tax-deductable contribution of $200.

Capacity of 100 – 140
The Flex Proscenium, otherwise known as “The Flex,” is our largest theatre space and where the bulk of our productions take place. The Flex has the largest seating capacity at Theatre SilCo. This space is suitable for events like:

Cost: $700 Donation / $ 175 for Nonprofits.
Capacity of 60
The Henry is our most intimate theatre space. It is perfect for professional, creative, or social gatherings alike! The Henry offers a stage and tiered theater seating for your group. This space is suitable for events like:

Cost: $500 donation / $100 donation for Nonprofits.
Capacity of 30
The Hadley Lab is a versatile event space that features a sliding garage door that can be opened during the warmer months and faces the riverside. This space is ideal for both casual and formal gatherings such as:

Team retreats, workshops, and seminars
Classes, book clubs, or writing groups

Cost: $75 / hour donation or $30 / hour for nonprofits

The Classroom is a flexible space that can accommodate a variety of setups. It is equipped with A/V access making it perfect for a small gathering. This space is ideal for small casual and formal gatherings alike such as:

The Lobby is the primary gathering space at Theatre SilCo, complete with our bar and plenty of mixed seating. This space is suitable for events like:

Capacity of 14
The Conference Room is available for all of your meeting needs! This space seats 14 people around a large conference table, has projection & sound capabilities, a large whiteboard, and views of the Blue River through floor-to-ceiling windows. This space is well suited for:

Cost: $50 / hour donation or $20 / hour for nonprofits
Upon request, a variety of high tops, cocktail tables, large round tables, and chairs can be included in your rental package.
Outside alcohol is not permitted due to liquor licensing laws. We are happy to accommodate your needs by opening our bar early. Our team can work with you on a bar package.
Our rental spaces vary from a capacity of 14 – 100+
The Encore Lounge Experience can accommodate groups of 30 & under, and is specifically only available during Main Stage Shows.
